"The check-in was simple and easy. The staff are always helpful and responsive. Like many parts of Panama sometimes water is slow to fully heat or come out of the tap but once it did it was hot and plentiful. "Highly recommend this hotel. It is centrally located to all the main attractions of San Felipe. I had a nice room with skylights toward the back (very quiet location, room 112). The staff was very responsive to questions I had (they speak English, if you don't speak Spanish). Many restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel."
